Ms. Ciccotelli,

I can't express enough how amazing you are. You have given Briana & Zachary the gift of art.
I love, love, love the history component you add to your lessons. You're truly the greatest!
The children are so lucky.

Welcome to my Art Blog! It is my 4th year teaching in a New York City public school and I couldn't be any more delighted that it has been with P.S.31q. I have a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts Education (B.F.A.) from LIU POST as well as a Master's in Fine Arts (M.F.A). also from LIU POST. My theory in practice for all grades is to teach through the Elements and Principles of Design. (i.e. line, color, shape, form, pattern etc.) The students get a well rounded arts education with introduction to artists and art history. It is my goal to aid your children in their other subjects by integrating what they are learning in their classrooms. I hope you enjoy the projects they are bringing home as much as I love teaching them!
